Not only are you going to get more energy, you are also going to enjoy your work a lot more, get things done more quickly and have more energy left for everything else in your life. If you stick to the program you may even lose a few pounds as well.
The foundation of every great performance at work or in sports is always being healthy and fit. There are several preconditions and triggers that can help you feel and perform a lot better. If these criteria are met, you will have more energy, better concentration and overall better attitude towards work and life in general. We are going to talk about all these triggers like which exercises to do, how to move, how to stretch, what to eat, when and why. You will get information on how to hack your metabolism to get the best fuel possible in exactly the amount you need to feel and perform better.

Wolf studied at the SDI institute for translators and interpreters in Munich. He has been working for more than 10 years in different sectors such as professional sports, the manufacturing industry and finance as a translator and interpreter. He shares his insights with his colleagues all over Europe to help them reach their full potential.
